You are standing at the threshold of a lasting opportunity: a pathway to become a recognized free land holder of record holding clear, conclusive evidence of a land patent title. The Junior Grantee Qualification Program brings conscientious, patient, critical thinking and inspired people together to establish a shared fundamental knowledge base of vocabulary, historical context, and the sacred principles which protect private rights, titles, and sacred honor while holding patented land.
Through a structured series of classes, participants referred to as "Junior Grantees" acquire the essential fundamental knowledge needed to comprehend the nature and importance of the special rights, title and interests involved.
Fulfilling the qualification process helps us to ensure that these scarce and precious land titles, and lands (being conveyed forever), are entrusted to men and women who comprehend the cooperative, solemn duties to preserve the title(s) they accept.
This is a rewarding and exclusive opportunity to engage with original-issue land patents, bearing our patentees' names on the face of the patent, and to serve as a grantee who will minister perpetual rights with respect, integrity, good faith and due diligence. Junior Grantee Qualification Classes
Project Overview
When you grant your gift to begin the qualification classes you become a member of our subscriber list; if you aren't already. The Junior Grantee Qualification Classes (Trust ID: UJGV) are reserved for list members, and provides an online learning pathway which teaches people about sacred honor, land patents, and the law of the land. It also prepares hopeful grantees (a.k.a. "Junior Grantees") to become a free land holder of record with incontrovertible evidence in hand.
This class series covers the project’s intent, title conveyance process, essential vocabulary, ministerial duties and other core values; including our country's foundational land law history and the distinction between that law and public administrative law (such as at‑law, color‑of‑law, fiat law, or corporate policy as the law).
Qualification is Not a Guarantee of Conveyance!
American Meeeting Group does not grant and convey land titles. Each Junior Grantee going through the official qualification process is absolutely required to have their own private relation and private arrangement with one of the 10 patentees (grantors) in order to honorably expect to perfect title to patented land. Please create your private relation with your grantor for the acreage identfication (patent#, group# and land#).
Because land conveyance is based on availability and completion of the classes in a timely manner, your private relations and private arrangement with your grantor (patentee) are your paramount reponsibility for experiencing success with your intended outcomes. Its not fair to reach a private arrangement and then take a year or two to complete the classes and end up giving up on the process.
Even though it is AMG's understanding that patentees plan to pursue additional patented lands which you may already be qualified for, AMG cannot provide any assurance patentees will acquire any lands, AMG is only assisting with classes and qualifications.
AMG Is NOT Responsible For Granting Land
AMG is not responsible for granting any patented lands. AMG is only responsible for helping provide the Junior Grantee qualification classes and weekly study halls.
The Creator of land never intended the land for a legal or lawful fiction, therefore AMG can never be a patentee, grantee, or grantor. This is absolute without exception.
You Do Not Have to Accept Land in Order to Take These Classes
You are welcome to take these classes for your own learning purposes even if you do not intend to accept a land title., however if you would like to hold land from this project you must make sure you are in an active relation and arrangement with one of the 10 original patentees.
This is What is Requred to Accept Land Under this Project
- Pass
You will be required to pass all of the classes in the Junior Grantee Qualification Class Series with a 100% quiz score
- Private Relation
You will be required to have your own private patentee (grantor) relation who has provided you with an express intent to grant and convey all rights, title and interest to you from acreage within their own "village" of their available patented land. Be sure to set a maximum time the land will be held for you while you attempt to pass the qualification classes.
- Junior Grantee Covenant
You will be required to express a Junior Grantee Covenant to help ensure patentees that you will protect the intent and purpose of this scarce and precious patented land.
(For example: to keep the patented land as patented land for heirs or assigns forever; meaning no real-estate conversion in the future. Another example would be to ensure each of your heirs or assigns will first obtain their qualification certificate and provide their Junior Grantee Covenant to the official private land records archive before you grant and convey any or all of your rights, interests and title to them).
- Grantor Recovery Gift
You will be required to provide an expense recovery gift to your grantor. (*this is a private arrangement and honorarium under a non-disclosure arrangement between you and your grantor, and is NOT a sale of land).
- Certificate of Acknowledgement and Acceptance
You will be required to complete a certificate of acknowledgement and acceptance and return it to your grantor. this is critical to you having a perfected title protected under exclusive equity for America. Without it you are merely a volunteer in possession and could lose your rights to title and enjoyment of the land.
Qualification Classes - Format and Requirements
- Class sequence
The program consists of 12 instructor-led sessions delivered live and recorded for replay viewing at-will. Recorded replays ensure access for Junior Grantees who were not available to attend live when the original classes were being recorded. You can move at your own pace, and study on your own time; with the exception that land may run out prior to completion.
- Assessment and Mastery
Following each class, participants complete a multiple‑choice quiz. A perfect score (100%) is required to advance to the next class. All quiz answers are intended to be within the recorded lessons or should be able to be discerned by the information provided in each class. If you are challenged by any question, or would like further clarification on any subject matter within the classes, you can attend the weekly Study Hall meeting on each Thursday night at 8pm eastern time/ 5pm pacific time in order to ask your questions or engage in conversation about the subjects you need help with. Each Junior Grantee is allowed unlimited quiz retakes until they pass.
- Progression
Passing a quiz grants eligibility to enroll in the next class. The sequence continues until all classes are completed. The final step after all quizzes are completed is a Junior Grantee Covenant which makes several promises under your sacred honor to uphold, preserve and protect the private land under land patent and the intent and purpose of the project.
- Weekly Study Hall
AMG Co-Founder Robert William has volunteered to host a complimentary Thursday night open Study Hall at 8:00pm eastern time/ 5:00pm pacific time. Gifts are welcomed, but not required to attend.

Junior Grantee Covenant
Upon passing all of the classes each Junior Grantee will be reqiured to make a Junior Grantee Covenant under their sacred honor, respecting all grantees in this project to protect the intent and purpose to preserve the patented land for the special beneficial use of our heirs and assigns forever.
Grant and Conveyance and the Perfecting of Title Process
After completing the Junior Grantee Covenant, the Junior Grantee will receive a Certificate of Acknowledgement and Acceptance from their grantor, which must be completed and returned to the official private land archives in order to further the process of perfecting your title.
Once the Certificate of Acknowledgement and Acceptance has been delivered to your grantor you will receive the rest of the patent claim package. The Junior Grantee is now a Grantee.

Private Trust Property
All names of Junior Grantees, all audio and video recordings, links to replays, classes and study halls, all photos, screen captures, maps, slides, and documents, etc... which are shared with Junior Grantees during the qualification and title perfection processes, expressly Private Trust Property of the UJGV Trust, and are not authorized for capture, sharing, downloading, uploading or other forms of distribution.
Any breach of trust is cause for permanent removal from the land patent project. Trust property shared with you is for your use only during your participation in this project for the purposes of this project. However, you can discuss the information learned at will.
Respect for Privacy
Please be respectful of the trust property, and the names of Junior Grantees and the other private details you learn learn about them.
About the Classes
JUNIOR GRANTEE QUALIFICATION CLASSES
The Junior Grantee Qualification Class Series (Trust ID: UJGV) is designed to be an automated replay based, 12 class series, with quizzes following each class. Once you pass all 12 quizzes you are considered qualified and will receive a Certificate of Qualification as evidence for your grantor that you have passed all 12 quizzes.
After you receive your Certificate of Qualification from AMG, contact your grantor to give them notice of your qualification and a copy of your certificate.
