Exclusive Equity Presentments is a program intended to revivify the supreme law of the land, and the sacred honor its based on. It intends to help people realize that the oath the Constitution is an oath to the sacred honor fundamental to the founding of the country and to the organic laws describing how the country will maintain its sacred honor.

Join the AMG member blog, where members post questions and answers to eachother. Somtimes AMG trustees will also join the conversations.

AMG EEP leverages the superiority of exclusive equity as refined by the American Founders and further articulated by the early American Chancellors in order to assist you with your presentments to defend and enforce your cause.

This is a beta-testing program not because of the law, because the law is superior to public administrative jurisdiction, but more importantly it's the jurisprudence which the land patents arise from, and which the country was founded on as expressed in the fiundational organic laws.

EEP is considered beta-testing not because of the law, but because of the equitable doctrine of laches. People have been missing from the superior law for decades and generations, and so laches explains why people no longer remember, or understand superior law, the supreme law of the land, and land patents as different from the administrative procedures of the real-estate industry and international commerce.

Ron Gibson is a co-founder of AMG and creator of his AMG land patent assistance program. In his AMG land patent assistance program he trained AMG co-trustees how to create his Notice of Certificate of Acceptance of Declaration of Land Patent". The program and the creation of Ron's Notice relies upon Ron's 50+ years career experience in Land Patent law.

In Ron's later years, his health and mobility rapidly diminishing, Ron was unable to travel to courts around the country very well, and instead decided the rest of his life should focus on teaching as many people as he could possibly teach through AMG as he, Robert, Krista and other AMG co-trustees shared the long-standing, well-settled law of the land that worked for Ron for decades.

After Ron's passing in July of 2025, :martin: and :robert: put together the Exclusive Equity Presentments program (EEP) in attempt to assist with the exclusive equitable and honorable defense & enforcement of perfected land patent title claims.

Once your gift has been accepted by AMG, you will receive an email from Calendly.com providing a link to :martin:'s calendar where you can select an available day and time which works best for you.

Scheduled 1on1 conversations default to a zoom meeting so that you can screen share your presentments with :martin: ; that way he can see them while you discuss them together. But you can request a cell phone call instead if you prefer (see below).

Zoom replays of your 1on1 conversations are included if you use zoom for your meeting.
A shared dropbox folder for your presentments is included upon request.

These two pre-recorded call series are lead by :martin: and designed in an informal format in order to help the beginner and intermediate trust and equity learners to master the fundamentals of trusts; including usufruct, trust expression, vesting the trust, operating the trust, ledgering and defending your trusts.

These meetings were approximately every week, and were approximately a 2 hour lesson on various aspects of private trust and exclusive equity, including attendee Q&A.

You can see it by opening up the drop down menu for any meeting offered. You can obtain more than one meeting at a time by granting your gift one at a time, or your can grant a gift for multiple replays, but you AMG will require you to provide a follow up email with the list of replays you granted your gift for.

For those who would like ongoing communications with other members, and from time to time our presenters, the AMG interactive blog has been established to provide AMG members with the opportunity to send messages and get replies as you go through your learning processes.

The good thing about a blog is that everyone who participates in the blog will benefit from eachother's questions and the answers they receive. Over time the blog will become a better and better learning support resource for everyone using it. Plus if you have a question about usufruct, trust, or exclusive equity that martin doesn't have the answer to, it gives him time to research your answer before he responds.

The :martin: Trust Meeting Series is an attempt to provide AMG members with a way to learn about private, unincorporated trust and exclusive equity. This series hosts multiple meetings, having one call occur every week. Each meeting in this series is focused on a different set of trust related subject matter.

A minimum gift of $10 is required for each meeting in the trust call series that you would like to support and/ or attend. You are welcome to gift more if you feel you received more value or if you just want to help support AMG private learning in general. Your gifts help to sustain the American Meeting Group and it's presenters.

By gifting to support a meeting you expressly agree to accept:

1) These gifts are private lawful gifts exchanged between friends, and that a private, unincorporated trust arises upon delivery and acceptance of the consideration.

2) Because we are non-commercial, and non-political, there are no purchases, no contracts, no goods or services in commerce, and no donations, just a mutual exchange of lawful gifts and honor.

3) You are coming as grantors, gifting :martin: and the American Meeting Group as trustees to create and maintain the events and to deliver a variety of private trust property to the beneficiaries.

4) Beneficiaries receive materials created or gathered for the meetings they attend.
