MEETING-SERIES-DESCRIPTION - Rob's Interpretation.
I am just learning this with all of you so please do not depend on me..., I hope this explanation can be helpful. 

I would express my understanding so far like this:

Will's series of special zoom meetings are for those people who the courts and US government agencies recognize are not 100% in control of their Roman gifts/titles (yet?); therefore they are still under Roman administration within the Roman legal system of the Roman Global Estate and the Public Charitable Trust. 

Will is showing us something he says is the way to keep the peace by maintaining what the law merchant considers "commercial honor"; equity with "Caesar"; what I refer to as Roman Equity (or as Will and other students of his mentor like Will refer to as post-1933 equity).

When the gold and silver were removed from settling debts in commerce, the administrative government promised discharge in exchange for it. So they provided debt notes known as Federal Reserve Notes (US Dollars). But instead of teaching you how to discharge any public charges (fines fees, mandates, policies, orders, statutes, codes, etc...) they instead offered everyone the opportunity to pledge their assistance to help with the charges of the public administration.

Because most everyone is still pledged to and legally contracted to Roman titles, of which you applied for, and checked boxes for, and created titles with, etc..., I think a couple old phrases might help clarify Will's process further: "While in Rome do as Romans do", "Give unto Caesar that which is Caesar's". 

Because these processes are based on legalese, and because they are about remaining in honor with "Caesar", Will's meetings will often not rest well with those having American Patriotic values.  This conscientious conflict gives rise to the ridicule often referred to as Patriot myths, or sovereign citizens.  Which I would describe as a belief that discovering this confilict and becoming angry and using ad hominem attacks, and dishonoring your Roman contracts is sufficient to relieving your duties and obligations, and providing  you with the clean hands which any form of equity requires. I would suggest that it does not.

What can be challenging to accept is, that until you position yourself with honor on both sides of the Peace Treaties and Constitutions, you will not have clean hands. And as many already know under the maxims of equity, if one seeks equity, one must do equity. And if one does equity, one must come with clean hands. Meaning no dishonor.

The truth appears to me that we unwittingly drifted over to the other side of those peace treaties and constititions and so have effectively bcome  separated from our land, property and heritage. Even Jesus Christ did not end the Roman idea, he just demonstrated the way to remaining in hoinor beyond it's jurisdiction; he demonstrated exclusive equity; it excludes Rome. Pilate washed his hands of the matter in order to maintain clean hands in Rome and with God.

One difference between Christ and most of us is that Christ never had any contracts or pledges with Caesar.

So, by not dishonoring the Roman contracts you invited without a complete understanding, you will be able to put out "fires" by discharge, and therefore not going broke economically while you continue to learn how to defend your sacred principles wth the honor of the English/American/Protestant traditions of exclusive equty (a.k.a. pre-1933 equity). The way Will teaches is to do that is through the use of Acceptance, and then Rescission for cause. ...Mutual Mistake, in the original pledges you made.

Will intends to help you understand the overview and vocabulary for putting out the commercial fires you mistakenly volunteered for, and therefore mistakenly are being held liable for by "Caesar", ...without dishonoring presentments. In fact many times using this process accurately you will end up putting "Caesar's" agents into dishonor for a change, because so many lower level agents are without the experience, familiarity and training to understand what this process achieves, and which duties and obligations it imposes upon them when you use it accurately.

These meetings are about vocabulary and overview. These 14 weeks of meetings are an effective way to help everyone learn the required fundamentals before deciding if they want to learn more about discharge through equity.
