EXPRESSED
This meeting is granted by the American Meeting Group (AMG) and the People of the Lawful Way (the "Event Grantors" and "Trustees"). This event is stewarded through the private trust relations we all create together with the Trustees, Co-Trustees, and the Beneficiaries (Attendees). These private trust relations are required to make this meeting private, non-commercial, and to make it possible for our members and guests.

3 Trusts
There are 3 trusts total for this event, one is a trust for supporting Live Attendance (MHL Trust), the second is a trust for supporting Online Attendance (MHO), and a third trust for supporting Remote Hosting Attendance (MHRHO). Attendee will make a choice for which trust they would like to support and benefit from.

YOUR ACCEPTANCE IS REQUIRED
Each Attendee must accept these trust relations in order to attend the events, receive the bonuses, and to become members of the AMG-PMA and the People of the Lawful Way PMA's.

TRUSTEE ACCEPTANCES
When you have granted and conveyed your gift, iTVGroup accepts that gift as lawful money only [per 12 USC 411 where applicable] for the American Meeting Group, People of the Lawful Way, and all of the presenters, remote hosts, and other workers providing activity on behalf of the 3 trusts MHL (Live Attendance), MHO (Online Attendance), and MHRHO (Remote Host Online Attendance) private trusts (The Trust).

NON-COMMERCIAL
Because this event is non-commercial, and instead a private trust, there are no products or services offered for sale, no refunds, no purchases, and no payments; this is simply because those things are all commercial actions and our trust relations are private. This is critical to remember well after the event concludes.

We are all expressly agreeing to exchange lawful gifts and honor under private trust only. FULL STOP.

BENEFICIARIES and BENEFITS

As a beneficial member of your event trust, the gifts conveyed to you are

the event management,
the location management,
the audio/video operations,
the online moderator and Zoom room,
the replay and documents,
all of the before, during, and after event Attendee support,
attendance during the live presentations,
the presenters and their presentations,
a follow up Q&A with all 3 presenters after the event concludes,
and all the additional benefits included as becoming a private member of 2 private member associations.

RETURNING YOUR GIFT TO YOU

Attendee expressly agrees to Contact AMG for any reason determined that the gift in support of this event should be returned.

DISHONOR TO THE TRUST
*DO NOT Contact PayPal For Support with returning your gift, If you believe that your gift should be returned to you, ONLY contact AMG support for assistance with gifts and trust property management as AMG is your gift trustee NOT PayPal. PayPal is just a custodian of the private trust property with which the Trustees use to fund the Event.

If you contact PayPal and file a claim on any trust property for the event, this converts the Trustee's PayPal relations from a fiduciary custodian of the private trust property (your gift to the trust) into a general 3rd party commercial intervenor. This is because filing a case with PayPal in this way changes the intent and purpose for your gift as expressed at the time you granted it.

Therefore it is considered dishonor and a breach of our private trust relations.

Any Attendee filing a case with PayPal also causes the event Trustees harm by creating a controversy with PayPal and other public administrators that the Trustees are now operating in commerce. Please honor the private nature of our agreed and accepted intent and purpose for all of the relations required to fulfill the promises of The Trust accordingly.

RESTORING HONOR TO THE TRUST
To restore honor to The Trust you will have to have PayPal cancel the case you filed with them before it is settled by PayPal. You will then settle your concern with AMG directly as agreed at time of any Attendee granting their gift to the trust.

ZOOM will be the application used to attend the event online. It is recommended that you download the free ZOOM application to your desktop, laptop, tablet, or cell phone. Otherwise control over your experience will be limited when only using your internet browser to connect to the meeting.

TECHNICAL PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ONLINE EXPERIENCE

From time to time there are technical problems with internet connections, internet signals, wifi interference, signal hacking, and other unforeseen issues outside of AMG’s control or ability to defend us all against. In these cases online attendees may experience an unfortunate and undesired interruption in their experience of the presentation. If this should occur, be assured that we will immediately be working aggressively to restore your access to the meeting until it has been restored for you. This would be why we are unable to respond to you if you are sending support requests about the interruption to your viewing or listening experience. We ask for grace while we focus entirely on getting everyone back online.

Also, please be assured that we have a second, higher quality recording of the event from inside the room before we send the audio/video signal out to the internet.

If such an interruption happens during the meetings, we will not be able to stop the presentation and have the presenter pick up where they were speaking at the time of the technical interference. Your replay will include the material missed during any potential technical difficulty.

REMOTE HOST ONLINE
A unique opportunity for someone with their own group of 5 or more attendees who will watch the event together online as a private "sub-event" or "mini-event"

Designed for someone preferring not to travel to Maui or preferring not to watch the event alone online, and having 5 or more people that would like to gather and watch the event together.

The Remote Host
Is considered an attendee without a gift required (includes spouse if any).
Chooses the location for their Remote Hosted event (home, office, conference room, church or auditorium).

Each Remote Host Shall Have
Comfortable viewing environment.

Computer to connect to our zoom room.

Large enough monitor or TV so all of your remote host attendees can see the screen comfortably.

Suitable sound support so that all of your remote host attendees can hear the presenters.

Each Remote Host Shall Also Have

A second computer with a webcam - for your remote attendee check in, and attendance validation.

Remote Host Trust Agreement Preview

- Remote Host must be registered by end of business day March 13, 2023.

- Remote Host accepts the honor of being a trustee of this event.

As such, being a remote host has the following obligations:

1. Provide the following appropriate equipment;

a. A master computer dedicated to the ‘zoom call’

i. HDMI w/ audio out and connected to large screen tv w/ HDMI in

ii. HDMI to large screen tv and audio support out via headphone jack to stereo system

b. Validation computer (laptop) with webcam to provide event hosts and other attendees with visual of ‘your group’

2. Participate in pre-qualification to insure all equipment and processes will perform as expected – this will include a test via zoom call – to be organized with event hosts.

3. Remote Host must be available on March 16, 2023 to do a final qualification that equipment systems are operating appropriately.

4. Participate in Validation Process each day of the event to verify all attendees at the remote site are 'bonafide', registered attendees of the seminar.

5. Remote hosts will promote the event and send their attendees to the event registration webpage.

a. Direct them to register for ‘Remote host’, not live registration, not online registration.

6. AMG will collect gifts, and account for each remote host attendees.

7. Remote Host must notify the event host of any late comers to the remote ‘site’ so that the event host can verify their gifts.

8. Provide telephone contact information in case of emergency situations.

9. Remote Host stays in honor by accepting responsibility that all attendees are formally registered, otherwise, the zoom link may be suspended until a discrepancy is solved.

- To be an attendee with no obligation to providing a gift

- Spouse or significant other in the host's home receives and shares free access to event and other benefits of attending.

LIVE ATTENDANCE REGISTRATION

AUTOMATED PROCESSES

1) Our registration process has automated features programmed. So it is important to be certain that you click the correct button to register. So please grant your gift using the correct yellow PayPal button for "Live Attendance"

2) Once your gift to support the Live Attendance has been granted successfully, PayPal will send you a confirmation email to the banking email address associated with your bank card.

(*NOTICE, your bank card email address may not be the email address you currently use. Some people change email addresses over time and forget that their banking email is now different from their currently used email address.)

3) The PayPal confirmation email is the evidence that your gift has been accepted by iTVGroup for the Event Trustees, and that we are all aware of your registration, and that your registered name and email address is on the check-in list used at the entrance door of the event location when the event begins.

4) When your receipt email comes from PayPal, the item description / purpose will be described as:

"Member Gift to Private Trust MHL". This Trust identifier is the designation for Maui Hawaii Live, and comes from clicking the correct PayPal "grant gift" button for supporting the MHL trust for live attendance on the island at the

(MHO would indicate you want your gift to support the Maui Hawaii Online Meeting from home).

The trust identifier (PayPal Item ID or "Purpose") is how you confirm that you clicked the correct button for the type of attendance you prefer. If you notice that you did not click the MHL button please text AMG Text Support at 907-312-6888 A.S.A.P. to fix it for you.

Please DO NOT Wait unti the last couple days before the event begins, or during the event to get support

If you cannot find your banking confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting AMG for support.

AMG Member Validation
5) Next our automation will check to see if you are an AMG list member yet. If not, you will be added to our list, receive a member welcome email confirmation, and your account will be "tagged" for the Maui Hawaii event. Its because of becoming an AMG member and getting tagged for this event that you will receive your replay and document gifts within a few days after the meetings conclude. Therefore AMG membership is required to benefit from this event. You can unsubscribe from AMG Membership at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any AMG list email notice or invitation.

6) If you are already an AMG list member, then you wont need to be added to our email list, but you will still be tagged for this event in order to receive your replays and documents.

1) After your gift has been granted, our registration process uses the following automated features.

– Your zoom registration will be automatically created and sent to you based on the information included with your credit or debit card.
– You will be added to our mailing list and tagged for this event so that you receive the replays when they are ready

2) Once your gift to support the online event has been granted successfully, PayPal will send you a banking confirmation email to the email address included with your grant.

(*NOTICE, your banking email address may not be the email address you currently use. Some people change email addresses over time and forget that their banking email is no longer the same as their currently preferred email address)

Please check your banking confirmation email to confirm which information is being used by the event trustees to communicate with you and provide you with your event benefits.

Also, your PayPal and/ or Zoom confirmation emails could end up in your spam folder, so before contacting AMG for support please dont forget to look there if you are having trouble finding them.

3) The PayPal confirmation email is the evidence that your gift has been accepted by iTVGroup for the Event Trustees and for the presenters and that we are all aware of your registration.

6) Zoom will also email you a couple reminders as we get close to your event(s). One will be the day before your event(s) begin, and the other will be one hour before your event(s) begins.

7) The link ZOOM provides is unique to your registration and only includes one connection to the meeting at a time. Feel free to leave and return anytime, or to switch devices at any time.

If you are registering more than 1 attendee at once, this is considered a group. When your PayPal window opens after clicking the button, just multiply $269.00 by the number of people in your group and type that number into the PayPal amount.

This will let us know the name(s) and emails of those in your group so that check-in at the door or online goes smoothly, and replays and documents and other benefits included with your trust are delivered as promised.

Do I have to Have PayPal to Grant a Gift and Support This Event?

You do not have to have a PayPal account in order to grant your gift. PayPal is just being used to process the credit and debit cards of our Attendees.

If you have a Debit or Credit card to grant your gift, you can just click the "Donate with Credit or Debit Card" button. Its the white button on the bottom with a thin blue border around it, on the bottom of the page. See Below.

Also. please validate you see the AMG Logo, and the correct trust identifier MHL, MHO, or MHRHO, depending on your attendance preference.

PLEASE GET YOUR SUPPORT BEFORE THE EVENT DAYS

*The closer we get to the event going live, the more we have to focus on managing the live event. Support responses may slow down during travel days to-and-from a live event, also on the day we are setting up the live event the day before it starts, and especially during the 4 day live event. This means Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
