:martin: Equitable Defense and Enforcement

Part of our ongoing work in American Exclusive Equity and Land Patent law includes assisting Grantees with the process of bringing their equitable interests forward on the public record. This is not only a legal and lawful step but a special undertaking, rooted in the principles of trust, private rights, and sacred honor.

The Ron Gibson / AMG land patent program relies upon Ron Gibson's 50+ years career experience in Land Patent law. In his later years, health and mobility rapidly diminishing, Ron was unable to travel to courts around the country very well, and decided to focus on teaching as many people as he, Robert and AMG could possibly reach regardding the well-settled law of the land. Ron wanted as many people as possible to know what that law actually is, how it worked prior to the creeping Globalism corporate policy of today, and what to never lose memory of. Ron realized the new corporate policy was a new challenge he had never faced. These challeges had people being outright denied access to the county record. They were being treated as paying customers instead of intended beneficiaries. In other words, the superior, customary, traditional and founding law of the country was being invalidated by administrative procedures while simultaneously abandoning their fiduciary duty under oath to public trust,

This well settled law is a structured approach to asserting and preserving the private and sacred rights to land through Sacred Honor, American Exclusive Equity and Common Law contract. However over recent years the administration is being guided to circumvent eternal covenantal law which is the foundation of the public affairs of the United States.

Therefore all people interested in preserving private and sacred land rights are being challenged to go beyond Ron Gibson's equitable processes and examine, test and discover alternate methods of overcoming corporate policy in this new era of public governance.

:martin: recommended that AMG consider the Confirmatory Deed, or Corrective Deed, from the public statutory administrative statutes as a first step at the county clerk. This is a statuory deed which goes beyond Ron Gibson's program at AMG. However, the Confirmatory deed is an instrument that compels the adjustment of errors with the warranty deed by statute. So far during 2025 it has been successful every time. This provides grantees with the opportunity to overcome dishonorable resistance at the county recorder office. As grantees get their land claims on to the public record and pull a certified copy of their claim, they now possess evidence of acceptance by the county with which to better defend their land patent claim.

Once Ron's Notice of Acceptance of Declaration of Land Patent has been accepted to the county record, equitable notices can begin. And if court is required, exclusive equity presentments can be leveraged to defend the special private rights and interests that were intended for you to benefit from, and from which the land patents arise from.

This EEP assistance is in beta testing and only considered conceptual at this stage of development. It combines exclusive equity and the statutory corrective deed (which public administrators) are compelled to acknowledge and record in their public records. We can't be sure of its outcome yet. We have confidence in the law, but we are still testing the enforcement of the exclusive equity and sacred honor in the higher administrative courts.

Together, we are working as peaceably and diligently to re-establish the pathway of American Exclusive Equity which the Land Patent and the Public Land Survey System was established to achieve — It's all built on trust and stewarded with sacred honor.

Martin Trust Call Series (MTCS)

Trust Honor Equity and Law (THELMS) Meeting Series

These two pre-recorded call series are designed in an informal format in order to help the beginner and intermediate trust learners to master the fundamentals of trusts; including usufruct, trust expression, vesting the trust, operating the trust, ledgering and defending your trusts.

The meetings in the Call Series were approximately every week, and were approximately a 1-2 hour lesson on various aspects of private trust including attendee Q&A. You are are encouraged to enter your into the interactive blog in order to interact with other AMG members. (see the button on the left)

The :martin: Trust Meeting Series is an attempt to provide AMG members with a way to learn about private, unincorporated trust and exclusive equity. This series hosts multiple meetings, having one call occur every week. Each meeting in this series is focused on a different set of trust related subject matter.

A minimum gift of $10 is required for each meeting in the trust call series that you would like to support and/ or attend. You are welcome to gift more if you feel you received more value or if you just want to help support AMG private learning in general. Your gifts help to sustain the American Meeting Group and it's presenters.
